#3  “My Lovely Kim Sam Soon”

This 2005 mega hit MBC drama turned Hyun Bin from a rookie actor to a popular star. “My Lovely Kim Sam Soon” centered around the life of a bachelorette Kim Sam Soon who is a baker with great talent in making pastries and cakes. On Christmas Eve, she caught her boyfriend, Min Hyun Woo, cheating on her and breaks up. On that same night, she accidentally went into the men's restroom and met Hyun Jin Hun. By sheer coincidence, Jin Hun needs a baker for his restaurant Bon Appetit and Sam Soon is unemployed. Sam Soon is hired as the restaurant's chief baker and the two fights like cat and dog.

Hyun Bin moved audiences to laughter and tears with his portrayal of Hyun Jin Hun, who was working through his past trauma.

#2  “Crash Landing on You”

Yup.It is only his second best. The actor has been stealing viewers’ hearts all over the world with his current character Ri Jung Hyuk on tvN’s “Crash Landing on You.”

The story revolves around Yoon Se Ri (Son Ye Jin), an heiress to a conglomerate in South Korea. One day, while paragliding, an accident caused by strong winds leads Yoon Se Ri to make an emergency landing in North Korea. There, she meets North Korean army officer Ri Jung Hyuk. He tries to protect her and hide her at all costs.

#1  “Secret Garden”

Secret Garden is the most important Kdrama in Hyun Bin’s filmography. This 2010 series tells the love story between an aspiring stunt woman (played by Ha Ji Won) and a millionaire who switch bodies.

The drama enjoyed significant overwhelming popularity during its run where popular lines, clothes, and the famous "Sit-up kiss” scene went viral. Truly, this is Hyun Bin's best. Don't argue, Crash Landing On You is good too.
